Best Cadbury Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies in Thermomix (easily made by using hand mixer too)
There is something magical when you combine the amazing flavors of Cadbury Chocolate and Peanut Butter which results in wonderful blossom cookies from the Thermomix or with hand mixer.
Ingredients
125g butter (any brand)
75g white sugar
75g brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
***Place an additional 100grams of white sugar in a bowl to use later in recipe***
Method
♥ Turn oven on to 180 degrees Celsius
♥ Allow butter to soften on the counter prior to cooking. If however you forget to do this, place butter in the microwave just until butter is soft, but not melted. This is approximately 15 seconds.
♥ Then place soften butter, peanut butter and both sugars into the Thermomix bowl. Cream together for 1 minute on speed 4 and then stop machine.
♥ Pop egg, milk and vanilla into the Thermomix with other ingredients and mix on speed 4 for 30 seconds and then stop machine.
♥ Add flour, baking soda and knead on interval speed for 45 seconds.
♥ Line baking tray/cookie sheet with baking paper.
♥ Take a tablespoon of cookie dough and roll in the palm of your hands until it has formed like a circle.
♥ Then roll in extra white sugar until cookie is covered in sugar and then place on baking tray/cookie sheet ensuring you leave enough space for cookie to expand.
♥ Bake for 6 minutes or until golden brown and cookies appear to have slight cracks in them.
♥ While cookies are baking, break the Cadbury Chocolate Bar into individual square pieces.
♥ Once you take cookies out of the oven, place one piece of Cadbury Chocolate Bar into the middle of the cookie by pushing slightly down.
♥ Allow cookies to cool for at least 10 minutes before moving as this allows for cookies to stabilise and avoid crumbling.
♥ Inhale, hot, delicious Cadbury Chocolate Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies.
♥ Repeat last step.
Yum! I want one {possibly all} of these right now! I will have to make buy hand but look totally worth it!
